Our journey commenced with a collaboration with a major hotel group, where we are developing a centralized reservation system on a cloud-native platform. We are also extending our services to prominent hotel chains, enhancing our product offerings and functionalities.
As a Technical Business Analyst in our multicultural team, you will play a pivotal role in designing new features that meet the intricate requirements of our clients and contribute to our platform's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures and guidelines to provide insights that influence decision-making. Propose new solutions and improvements based on comprehensive analysis.
- Work with a moderate level of supervision from management.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate functional knowledge of our processes, services, and end-user products.
- Evaluate business requirements presented by Product Management.
- Conduct sizing, specification, and validation tasks.
- Draft Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications, and conduct functional walkthroughs for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various divisions to ensure functional compatibility with other applications.
- Assist in implementing the testing strategy and review test plans to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Ensure traceability of tests to specifications.
- Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to maintain production integrity.
- Engage with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
- Communicate with clients during the requirements gathering, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.
- Participate in team events and support stakeholders through Agile forums, team meetings, and solution assessments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Logical thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with API technologies, particularly JSON REST.
- Knowledge of UML methodology is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
- Able to deliver clear and concise reports.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
