The Head of Supply Planning is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient finished product supply to L-Acoustics customers. This position reports to the Global Supply Planning Director and oversees operational and tactical supply planning activities, including master planning, scheduling, and capacity planning for group entities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing master production plans based on business needs, ensuring products are available to meet customer orders.
  • Identifying and addressing supply bottlenecks and disruptions to minimize production delays.
  • Acting as a key contributor to the supply availability process, driving debottlenecking and reducing manual supply allocation.
  • Ensuring synchronization and clarity for supply planning activities across group sites.
  • Guiding component planning, supply chain operations, and sales coordination to work in full synchronization with supply plans.
  • Owning planning for custom and make-to-order items.
  • Defining, owning, and monitoring service, cost, and cash-related KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the product segmentation process to classify product portfolios and simplify planning activities.
  • Leading the operating strategy process to uncover and document operational constraints and lead times.
  • Contributing to the process of prioritizing, reducing, or eliminating operating constraints.
  • Leading the rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) process for main sites and establishing a global RCCP process across group sites.
  • Acting as a contributor to the RCCP process for warehousing, logistics, and key suppliers.
  • Contributing to cost control and reduction strategies, optimizing production costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Owning the process for avoiding and eliminating non-performing inventory.
  • Contributing to the annual budget process and the monthly S&OP process.
