Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to take on the role of Sales Team Leader at 123 Pare-Brise. This position involves guiding and nurturing your sales team while effectively representing our brand to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, coach, and empower your sales team in the field, which includes monitoring performance metrics, engaging in sales initiatives, and participating in promotional events.
  • Oversee your team's schedules and ensure efficient time management.
  • Facilitate and lead team meetings, and conduct monthly performance reviews.
  • Recommend strategic actions to the management team for continuous improvement.

Commercial Growth:

  • Play a vital role in the overall commercial growth, sales strategy formulation, and revenue enhancement.
  • Evaluate market performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute commercial outreach plans: Discover new clients, negotiate collaborations, manage financial resources, develop sales campaigns, and sustain customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Availability to work on Saturdays is essential.
  • A valid driver's license for manual vehicles is required.

About You:

  • A BAC+2 qualification in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
