Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new leads to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present product information to customers and negotiate sales agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or volume sales, preferably with technical, scientific, or software products
- Strong technical knowledge of Bioinformatics, Diagnostic sequencing, or Genomics, with a passion for moving into a commercial/sales role
- Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus
- Previous experience with CRM or business software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo, is a plus
