About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Trader to join our team at Natixis. As a key member of our Fixed Income & Forex intermediation team, you will be responsible for executing operations initiated by our clients and ensuring the successful completion of these transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development of technological solutions for the FI desk and data management.
  • Ensure the execution of operations and act as a liaison between different teams to guarantee the best price and successful completion of transactions.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and principals, taking into account their needs and proposing possible changes and projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of electronic trading tools to reduce operational risk and improve service.
  • Participate in the active relationship and daily animation with clients to provide market information.
  • Challenge your activity through Transaction Cost Analysis and data available.

About the Recruitment Process

You will be contacted by one of our recruiters before meeting with our business experts. We are looking for a candidate with a higher education in finance or financial mathematics and at least 10 years of experience in similar positions.

Required Skills

  • Financial market activities, particularly in Fixed Income trading.
  • Cash products and associated derivatives.
  • Market mechanisms and tools, including Bloomberg and MarketAxess.
  • Coding in VBA and Python.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a great relationship, good listening skills, and a rigorous and organized approach. You should have a strong customer orientation and a sense of teamwork. You should also master English with a C1 level.
