About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Income Trader to join our team at Natixis. As a key member of our Fixed Income & Forex intermediation team, you will be responsible for executing operations initiated by our clients and ensuring the successful completion of these transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development of technological solutions for the FI desk and data management.
  • Ensure the execution of operations and act as a liaison between teams to guarantee the best price and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and principals, taking into account their needs and proposing strategies for improvement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of electronic trading tools to reduce operational risk and improve service.
  • Participate in the daily animation with clients to provide market information and challenge your activity through Transaction Cost Analysis.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a higher education in finance or financial mathematics and at least 10 years of experience in similar positions. You should be familiar with financial market activities, particularly in Fixed Income trading, and have a strong understanding of market mechanisms and tools.
