About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical specialist to join our team as a Compliance and Data Protection Technical Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve complex data security challenges and modernize their security architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales efforts and provide expert guidance to customers on data security solutions and technologies.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer security posture and drive technical wins for Microsoft Data Security and adjacent technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new or changing technology to customer security needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their data security challenges and priorities, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to help customers solve their security challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Fluent in French (A) and Business and Technical English (B1+).
- Deep technical understanding of cloud data security architectures, solutions, and technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Priva.
- Experience with data security and compliance systems, including DLP, eDiscovery, labeling, and architectures.
- Cloud computing experience, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and understanding of one or more compliance security standards and frameworks.
