We are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader to join our team in Nanterre. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the design of piping, HVAC, and E&I installations and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Structure the area in Design Areas for support by Installation Designers
- Control and ensure medium complexity installations
- Prepare the most complex/critical studies
- Train employees on the applicable installation rules
- Coordinate information for your area through the interfaces disciplines Engineering, Process, Project, etc.
- Manage the 3D reviews of the area and prepare the study transfer files
- Plan the activities of the Designers on a weekly basis and transmit the progress to its operational manager
- Propose method improvements
