Project Manager Construction

SUEZ is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Unité de Différenciation - Ingénierie & Construction department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects on the technical, regulatory, and economic aspects, developing a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the project lifecycle, from definition to delivery, including APS, detailed studies, consultation with contractors, and project monitoring.
- Pilot the necessary studies and project management offices to ensure the successful execution of projects, including center sorting, biogas production, and waste treatment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including commercial, technical, and administrative teams.
- Ensure the proper management of project contracts and the maintenance of project schedules.
- Develop business plans for projects, monitor financial performance, and ensure budget compliance.
- Ensure the consideration of health and safety, risk prevention, and administrative management aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Significant experience in project management, preferably in the waste management or biogas production sectors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
