Your Role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage client interactions with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive first impression.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, contributing to the integrity of our financial processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Process invoices, quotes, and other financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars effectively.
- Prepare travel arrangements for management as needed.
