Your Mission
This full-time position is available from Monday to Friday, with variable working hours (8:30 am to 6:30 pm, 38.5 hours of RTT). As a multifaceted medical secretary, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating medical and administrative operations for patients.
Managing daily consultant activities (in-person and phone): welcoming, scheduling appointments, managing patient files and necessary documentation.
Providing administrative support for your sector: mail handling, Clinicom data entry, filing, and archiving.
Welcoming and registering consultants.
Verifying patient administrative information in accordance with identity vigilance regulations.
Creating and managing patient consultation files.
Scheduling and entering appointments in Doctolib.
Managing incoming appointment requests on the site and IUFC contact.
Handling appointment endings: scheduling new appointments, distributing administrative documents, making taxi and ambulance calls.
Merging Clinicom files at the Admissions Bureau when patients have multiple files.
Entering medical activity data into the Clinicom tool.
Digitizing consultation files in patient electronic files.
Ordering patient files from medical archives.
Providing telephone reception.
Participating in requests for medical file communications and knowing the procedure.
Managing liberal activity for references.
Rotating the telephone reception and mail handling post for the 5th level of IUFC.
Acquiring the necessary polyvalence on the consultation platform to ensure continuity of service.
Applying the CHU/CAL institutional policy in accordance with user rights and identity vigilance regulations.
