Position Overview:
As a key player in our logistics operations, you will report directly to the Logistics Customer Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the order portfolio and nurture customer relationships, ensuring a commitment to ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Monitoring and managing order portfolios on the logistics platform.
- Processing preparation orders for timely execution.
- Addressing anomalies, order inquiries, and logistics-related complaints.
- Verifying the accuracy of data within the ERP system, including availability dates and canceled orders.
- Maintaining proactive communication with customers regarding operational and transportation matters.
- Delivering high-quality responses to customer queries, including timelines, disputes, and return logistics.
- Utilizing and updating logistics-specific performance indicators.
PROCUREMENT:
- Ensuring product availability and accuracy in accounting.
- Resolving anomalies and discrepancies during merchandise reception.
- Engaging in discussions with suppliers to enhance service quality and logistics strategies.
- Providing customers with essential updates on order status and product availability.
- Following up on inquiries or modification requests from agencies and informing clients of any issues.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
- Working collaboratively with all platform services, operations, and the sales network.
- Participating in cross-functional workgroups.
Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and/or Management.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in the Logistics sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
