Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Tools Management: Oversee the deployment and effective use of our recruitment platforms, including ATS and CRM systems such as SmartRecruiters and AssessFirst.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough data quality assessments and analyses on Talent Acquisition metrics to ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with our HR Data and HRIS teams to ensure timely updates of key performance indicators related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools is advantageous.
