About the Role

Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams, to align client needs with company capabilities and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Proactively identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and competitive threats to anticipate client needs and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Drive the negotiation and execution of contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and client feedback to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of account management processes and practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: +4 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales in the industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in managing key accounts, fostering business growth, or driving sales within the automotive or trucking sector.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Travel and Adaptability: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English & French is required.
