About the Job
Profil Plus, a leading company in the tire industry, is seeking a skilled Technician Mounter in Industrial Tires to join our team in Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician Mounter to perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial tires for our professional clients (transporters, TP…).
Key Responsibilities
- Mount and demount industrial tires, perform tire reconditioning, and replace tires as needed.
- Interact with clients (drivers, workshop managers…), representing our company and brand during on-site interventions.
- Perform follow-up tasks on client vehicles once autonomous.
Work Environment
80% of the work will be performed outdoors (on-site interventions and repairs), while 20% will be in the workshop (preparing spare tires, repairs, and storage).
Additional Responsibilities
The successful candidate may also be involved in providing tire services for the automotive and utility vehicle sectors (tire demounting and mounting, geometry, and wheel alignment).
Compensation and Benefits
The minimum conventional salary will be offered at the start, unless the candidate has prior experience in the role.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training in the tire industry? We offer on-the-job training as part of a CDI contract.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the tire industry and experience in industrial tire mounting.
- A training program will be provided for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Manual dexterity, excellent customer service skills, and a strong team spirit.
- Must hold a valid driving license (B permit) and be willing to work on Saturdays.
