Juridical Writer

As a Juridical Writer at CAF DE LA MARNE, you will be responsible for defending the interests of the company by engaging in the following activities:

• Engage in forced collection procedures for CAF's claims in collaboration with justice commissioners and ensure follow-up.
• Prepare and submit cases to courts and parties, including drafting memoranda and conclusions.
• Represent CAF in judicial court hearings in the Marne Department (Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne).
• Monitor legal developments and regularly update your skills.
• Provide expertise and advice, anticipate potential disputes, and participate in internal decision-making processes.

• Strong analytical and research skills, with a solid understanding of legal principles.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to construct and structure arguments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools.

Bachelor's degree in Private Law or Public Law (Bac + 4 to Bac + 5).

Travel within the department is expected for court appearances. A valid B driving license is required.

A comprehensive training program will be provided for the use of local software applications. Additional training in writing conclusions may be offered based on the selected candidate's profile.

This is a full-time CDI position with a gross annual salary of €28,000. The employee will also receive a health insurance plan, meal vouchers, and access to the company's social and economic committee benefits (leisure activities, vacations).
