Juridical Writer

As a Juridical Writer at CAF DE LA MARNE, you will be responsible for defending the interests of the company by engaging in the following activities:

• Engage in forced collection procedures for CAF's claims in collaboration with justice commissioners and ensure follow-up.
• Prepare and submit cases to courts and parties.
• Represent CAF in judicial court hearings in the Marne Department (Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne).
• Ensure ongoing legal monitoring and regular skill development.
• Provide expertise and advice, anticipate disputes, and participate in internal decision-making processes within the company.

• Excellent writing skills: mastery of grammar, ability to construct and structure arguments, and synthesis capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in private law or public law (Bac + 4 to Bac + 5).

Travel within the department is expected for court appearances. A valid B driving license is required.

A comprehensive internal training program will be provided for the use of local applications. Depending on the candidate's profile, additional training may be offered, such as writing conclusions.
