Key Responsibilities- Evangelize and foster the adoption of analytics and AI across the business value chain, driving incremental business value, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Partner with regional teams to identify high-value business opportunities that can be optimized with Data & AI, resurfacing local business use cases and best practices.
- Collaboratively define the AI & Data roadmap with regional teams, aligning it with the company's broader business goals and identifying synergies to promote reusability of key components and algorithmic assets.
- Ensure the creation, maintenance, and innovation of a robust catalogue of AI algorithms, governing its direction to foster integration, innovation, and scalability.
- Champion effective data governance across the organization, identifying and promoting best practices in ethical AI usage and compliance.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology providers, research institutions, and industry consortia to capture emerging trends in AI and data.
- 15 years of experience in change management and leadership by influence, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Exceptional business acumen and a strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in AI/ML and data-driven projects and teams, with a preference for those who have initiated or led similar centers of excellence.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI and data technologies and applications, with a demonstrated track record of deploying solutions that generate significant business value.
- Outstanding strategic thinking abilities, capable of leading in a dynamic and rapidly evolving technological landscape.
