About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global E-Commerce VP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our e-commerce business and ensuring seamless customer experiences across our global platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative e-commerce solutions that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify and leverage best practices, driving consistency and efficiency across our global e-commerce operations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology providers to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure optimal e-commerce performance.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
