About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Paid Acquisition team as a Media and Acquisition Apprentice. As a key member of our Performance Marketing division, you will work closely with internal and external teams to develop and optimize our digital media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a digital acquisition strategy to drive new engaged paid users and brand preference.
  • Collaborate with the data and analytics team to improve acquisition user journeys and campaign quality, increasing acquired user Life Time Value (LTV).
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and develop new initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Work with the brand marketing team to create and manage online branding campaigns for punctual branding operations.

Requirements

  • First experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics.
  • Expert level in Excel, good level in Looker Studio, and passion for data report analysis and case studies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent.
  • Fluent in English.
