Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Brainfield Recrutement. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, including engines, machines, and facilities.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring that the team has what they need to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
