Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your primary duties will include:

  • Participating in daily stock replenishment and maintaining a well-organized store environment
  • Preparing merchandise for display, including folding, hanging, and labeling
  • Processing customer transactions and handling cash and credit sales
  • Assisting with store maintenance and upkeep, including cleaning and restocking shelves
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience

As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and become a valued member of our store's leadership team. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of sales associates and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher in a related field
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
