About the roleThe Semiconductor Program Manager plays a critical role in coordinating Semiconductor Platform Development project(s), from idea to product launch. This position requires a strong understanding of both hardware and software aspects, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key responsibilities- Analyze product requirements with the marketing team
- Work with hardware and software architects to analyze technical requirements and draw up a high-level list of work to be carried out, required profiles & resources
- Draw up the list of work packages and plans project phases
- Communicate major escalations and corrective actions to management
- Contribute to the development of new procedures for project planning, accounting, monitoring and reporting
- Promote and support deployment of methodology and tools
- Closely collaborate with Internal relations (Project managers, Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) and external relations (Subcontractors, and suppliers of product-integrated IP)
- Minimum experience of 5-10 years in a similar position supervising technical teams, managing projects and subcontractors in the electronics industry and subcontractors in the semiconductor sector
- Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent level of expertise

- Mastery of traditional and agile project management tools and methodologies
- Mastery of microprocessor design flow, FPGA flow or embedded software
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Fluent in English
