Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Join the LVMH Group as a Senior Program Manager and play a key role in driving the omnichannel transformation of our Maisons. As a trusted advisor to decision makers, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, defining strategic orientations, and managing cross-departmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track market trends and best practices to define target and build convictions
  • Define dedicated omnichannel programs at the Group level and co-design projects with Maisons
  • Work closely with Group departments and partners to set up concrete actions plans and solutions for omnichannel acceleration
  • Create awareness on omnichannel and animate communities within the Group and Maisons
  • Act as a conductor while driving cross-functional teams
  • Measure success and monitor maturity, profitability, performance, and satisfaction evolution with quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Programs and Initiatives:
  • OMNICHANNEL CUSTOMER JOURNEYS & MEASUREMENT
  • Relevant omnichannel customer journeys and map LVMH omnichannel maturity
  • Build, enrich, and deploy omnichannel measurement standards at Group level
  • Omnichannel measurement framework and support implementation of dashboards
Background and Required Qualities:
  • Master degree in Business from a top school or equivalent working experience
  • 7-10 years of experience working in the field of Omnichannel/E-business/Digital with a strong knowledge of Retail business
  • Experience in navigating complex organizations
  • Able to put in place solid governance schemes and clear decision processes
  • Result-oriented and rigorous
  • True leader with a strong team spirit while agility and political competencies
  • Curious and open-minded by nature
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Strong analytic and strategic skills
  • Consulting skills/experience is a strong advantage
