Job Description

Overview

Believe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function. As the Head of HRIS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our HRIS strategy, managing our HRIS tools, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our HRIS strategy, aligning it with our business objectives and goals.

  • Manage our HRIS tools, including Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP, to ensure they are optimized for our business needs.

  • Lead the HRIS team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our HRIS projects.

  • Collaborate with our HR Operations director and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of our HRIS tools and processes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, suppliers, and HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of our HRIS projects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS project management, preferably in an international environment.

  • Mastery of HRIS tools and projects, including Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP.

  • Successful team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.

  • Excellent coordination and partnership capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent project management and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
