Drive Digital HR Transformation as an HRIS Project Manager at SQORUS

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our dynamic team of consultants. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the digital transformation of HR processes for our esteemed clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive client requirements for HRIS implementations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, encompassing budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless execution and successful delivery of projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management initiatives, facilitating smooth adoption of new HRIS systems and processes.
  • Document key project learnings and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS projects, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with leading HRIS solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
