PRO BTP Groupe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Listed Assets Manager to join our Investment Department in Paris.

The Investment Department plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of all companies and institutions within the group. We oversee a diverse portfolio of real assets (non-listed) representing approximately 20% of the group's assets under management. This portfolio primarily focuses on infrastructure financing, private equity, and real estate investments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation:
    • Participate in developing and implementing the investment strategy, regularly assessing economic trends and market conditions to propose potential adjustments.
    • Contribute to investment policy discussions and determine optimal asset class allocation.
  • Investment Analysis & Due Diligence: Analyze proposals submitted to our Group for potential investments.
  • Relationship Management & Risk Oversight: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (ALM, Risks, Reporting) and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with risk management protocols.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor the progress of approved investments using our internal management tools to ensure timely completion and compliance.
    • Track valuation processes, identify anomalies, and reconcile information between front, middle, and back office teams.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on investment performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics, evaluating results against established objectives.
  • Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements, a growing strategic priority for the group.
Your Profile

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong passion for finance and investment management.

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in non-listed asset management, preferably within the infrastructure, private equity, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
