About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at VITAPROTECH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the international market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the UK and Nordic regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the IT or electronic security industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level) and ideally another language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
