The Chamber of Crafts and Trades Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a public institution led by elected artisans dedicated to safeguarding the interests of craftsmen. Our mission encompasses the promotion of artisanal enterprises and providing comprehensive support to artisans throughout their professional journey, including apprenticeship, business establishment, training, economic growth, and sustainable development.
As a key player in vocational training, we operate several training centers and offer Continuing Education services.
In the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, we proudly employ:
- 1,000 dedicated staff members
- 12 regional offices and 15 training facilities
- 8 Campuses of the Regional University of Professions and Crafts
- 6,100 apprentices trained annually
We are seeking an Administrative and Commercial Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Management of Enterprises and Territories, contributing to various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Partner Engagement:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, in-person interactions, and email correspondence
- Manage access control and reception duties
- Provide initial information to clients and guide them towards relevant support programs
- Utilize CRM for tracking customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns
- Enhance the positive reputation of the Chamber
Administrative Support:
- Monitor objectives and prepare activity reports for management
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and conduct statistical analyses
- Perform administrative and secretarial tasks as needed
- Oversee small equipment for reception operations
- Assist in meeting preparations and event organization
- Create and update informational documents
- Manage and track staff holidays and absences
- Take notes and draft reports
Your efforts will contribute significantly to promoting a favorable image of the Chamber of Crafts and Trades.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates with a minimum of a Bac+2 degree or 3 years of relevant experience as an Administrative and Commercial Assistant.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in the region, offering a competitive annual salary over 13 months, meal vouchers, RTT, group health insurance, and a provident fund.
Occasional travel within the region may be required.
