Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at SPIE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing a team of site engineers and technicians, and will work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of site engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with our clients to ensure that their needs are met, and that they are satisfied with the quality of our work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer
