Your Mission

As a Project Manager - Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for organizing and executing construction projects in the field of electrical engineering and dynamic traffic management systems. You will be part of our Aximum Mobilité Ile-de-France Normandie team and report to a Construction Supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technicians and oversee electrical engineering projects in various domains, including signalization, lighting, metrology, traffic data collection, access control, and video surveillance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Exemplify professionalism in your role, representing Aximum to clients, ensuring safety, and protecting the environment.
  • Prepare construction sites: plan resources, installations, signage, and tracking.
  • Participate in project budgeting: evaluate income and expenses.
  • Monitor project progress: manage unexpected events, report information, implement corrective measures, plan, order, deliver, and manage stock.
  • Lead your team according to the Construction Supervisor's directives, assign tasks, and ensure the integration and training of new employees.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and evaluate your team members.
  • Ensure the quality of the construction project for its reception.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Public Works. You should have a strong preference for working in a team and enjoy working outdoors. A minimum of one year of experience in construction project management, preferably in signalization and lighting, is required. A valid driving license (Permis B) is essential.
