Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Pilot industrialization and technical follow-up for projects
  • Manage flows and organize posts
  • Regular financial follow-up
Key Missions
  • Pilot the re-industrialization of products, including:
    • Participate in the implementation of industrial organization, means, and tools for projects
    • Build project management tools, structure
    • Animate project progress reviews and other interventions
    • Coordinate joint PME/Engineering activities
    • Coordinate supplies in collaboration with the supply chain
    • Manage industrial constraints of product specifics
    • Validate technical choices
    • Follow the elaboration of nomenclatures
    • Follow the realization of macros-gamme and ranges (GSI), documents, and instructions
  • Pilot the industrialization of processes, including:
    • Follow activities via an IMFU
    • Ensure the achievement of target costs and the optimization of costs of the structure
    • Ensure the availability of industrial documentation
    • Ensure the availability of means and tools
    • Ensure that production planning is in line with expectations
    • Improve production means and tools (Fiabilisation / EHS)
    • Follow investment project (Budgeting / Project Follow-up / Implementation / Qualification / Training)
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the structure, including:
    • Ensure documentary vigilance (update of procedures, reports, and instructions)
    • Ensure practical and theoretical training
    • Participate in process reviews
    • Participate in REX and design to cost (standardization of components)
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent (generalist, mechanical, or electrical)
  • Junior or experienced profile
  • Technical knowledge in manufacturing engineering, writing of work instructions, and line balancing
  • Experience working with an ERP (such as SAP) for nomenclature, routing, and configuration tracking
  • Knowledge of AMDEC and QRQC processes
  • Conscientious and committed
  • Logical and organized
