Deputy Counsel - Swiss and Italian Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Counsel to join our Dispute Resolution Services team at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). As a key member of our case management team, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, phone conversations, and interactions with parties and arbitral tribunals concerning all aspects of case management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global network of businesses, setting rules and standards that facilitate over $17 trillion dollars in trade each year. You will be part of a team that provides tailored products and digital services to address the real challenges faced by businesses operating internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence, phone conversations, and interactions with parties and arbitral tribunals concerning all aspects of case management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of case management strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective case management
  • Provide expert advice on international arbitration and commercial law
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent qualification as a lawyer with at least two years' relevant professional experience in international arbitration
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  • A good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
