Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Board. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and supporting the sales pipeline through lead generation, with a strong focus on data quality, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing teams to drive operational B2B and channel marketing opportunities and campaigns.
  • Lead a broad spectrum of activities, including ABM groups through the customer journey funnel TOFU, MOFU, BOFU and co-joint marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Help with content localization from the marketing collateral team.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and develop operational marketing strategies based on market and competitor insights.
  • Deliver exceptional attendee experiences during events and support the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution.
  • Maintain the CRM system for data documentation and data acquisition from customer communication and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc or M.Sc in marketing.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience and a clear understanding of the latest B2B marketing techniques.
  • Well-versed in multi-channel campaign management across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong energy, communication, and cooperation skills to build a network within Board worldwide.
  • Ability to operate professionally and effectively at all levels and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in marketing automation (Marketo) preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
