Job Title: Paid Marketing Specialist

Splunk is seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and other digital channels
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid marketing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
