Airbus, a leading aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Content & Media Relations Specialist to join its Communications Directorate. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping Airbus' corporate messaging and managing external communications and media relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft impactful content for various platforms, including news articles, press releases, social media posts, and briefing documents.
- Coordinate media interviews and support the creation of strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across the Communications team through regular updates of the 'ATR Hymnsheet', translations, and proofreading.
- Identify subjects and create engaging content, including press releases, narratives, news, and social media posts.
- Support the implementation of press relations strategies to enhance visibility and reputation of the brand.
- Degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, press officer, public relations officer, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with great attention to detail.
- Experience in media relations, including managing press requests and building relationships with journalists.
- Knowledge of the aviation media landscape and current journalism trends.
