Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Mechanical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data center mechanical plant operating experience and a comprehensive knowledge of large-scale data centers, including mechanical and fire protection infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the uninterrupted integrity of critical loads supported by mechanical systems
- Identify industry trends and articulate implications for Data Center operations
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and operations strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Three (3) years of professional experience in operations and maintenance in a high-reliability Data Center environment
- Expertise in reading design Microsoft Office suite applications, preferably Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio or AutoCad
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
