Data Center Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team at Amazon Data Services France SAS. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day physical security operations of our data centers in the Paris area.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the on-site contractor security team as the primary security contact during shifts and provide guidance based on existing Physical Security Standards and local SOPs.
- Provide guidance and direction to contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department.
- Develop and continuously improve procedures, processes, and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Develop specific knowledge of operational process paths within the Data Center to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Be available on-call to support out-of-hours emergency activities at nights and weekends remotely and on-site.
