About the Role
AFTRAL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Provide sales support and training to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
