Services Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for services, from request for quotation (RFQ) preparation to delivery.
- Participate in preparation meetings and collaborate with internal customers and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, handling all economic aspects.
- Lead and/or participate in RFQs, preparing bid lists and specifications, sending RFQ files to suppliers, and analyzing their responses with the project team.
- Finalize contracts and perform administrative tasks, including purchase orders.
- Develop frame contracts when possible and establish benchmarks.
- Propose best practices for future projects.
Transversal Purchasing Missions:
- Lead and/or participate in implementing tools, KPIs, reporting, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a Purchasing Department.
- Experience in services fields.
- Experience in industry, with a plus for the battery sector.
Qualifications:
- Diplomas: M2 validated or an International Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher.
- MSc in purchasing is a plus.
- Languages: French and English (read, spoken, and written). German is a plus.
- Proficient in appropriate software (ERP, SRM, Office...).
Key Behaviors:
- Strong cross-functional behavior.
- Quick reporting and sharing of information with project and purchasing teams.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in project management in constrained contexts (budget and planning).
- Excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft, QAD).
- Experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool.
