Equans France is actively looking for a Site Operations Manager (M/F) to oversee our projects in the region. In this role, you will be tasked with managing a team engaged in electrical engineering initiatives, including both new constructions and renovations.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Project Manager and your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Preparing project sites by reviewing plans, procuring materials, and organizing work schedules and teams effectively.
- Executing projects in alignment with established objectives and timelines.
- Monitoring production hours, generating weekly progress reports, and ensuring adherence to schedules and material availability.
- Managing both internal and external teams involved in production.
- Collaborating with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Upholding quality and safety standards on-site while maintaining client satisfaction and the company's reputation.
- Engaging in a commercial capacity to represent the company to clients.
This position will require travel within the region, and a valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
Applicants should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrotechnics (Bac+2 or 3) and have at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in tertiary buildings. A strong understanding of both low and high current systems is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a high degree of autonomy. It is crucial to exhibit exemplary conduct and a robust sense of responsibility. The ability to critically evaluate execution study documents and technical specifications from suppliers is also necessary. Your interpersonal skills, positive mindset, and teamwork ability will facilitate your growth within our organization.
