Expert Cybersecurity Specialist

MAIF is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will play a critical role in protecting our systems and data from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a Security by Design approach and ensure the security of our IT infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with our Security team to identify and address security vulnerabilities, and provide expert advice on security best practices.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving our security posture.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security protocols, threat detection, and incident response.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
