Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Liaison Engineer to join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with our client, Ryanair, a leading airline in Europe.
As part of a vast fleet and cutting-edge facilities, this role offers significant career advancement opportunities within the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents, and Third-Party Coordination.
- Strategic manpower planning, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary spare parts and equipment at all operational locations.
- Conducting regular site visits to uphold staff welfare and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investigating Maintenance Delays and Engineering Safety Reports, implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborating with various teams to minimize Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
- Managing the scheduling and planning for each operational base.
- Maintaining records for EASA Part 66 License applications.
- Analyzing internal promotions and coordinating training manpower.
- Handling Human Resources tasks, including leave management and training schedules.
- Reporting management updates and preparing for audits.
- Participating in audits and addressing any findings.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.
- Experience in Aviation Maintenance (EASA Part 145) is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The right to work in the EU, a valid driving license, and a willingness to travel across various operational bases.
