About The RoleAs an Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) in our EMEA region, you will serve as the vital link between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 clients. You will manage the complete customer journey, from initial engagement to onboarding, ongoing success, and ultimately, increased platform adoption. As a product authority, you will utilize your expertise to ensure our Enterprise clients fully comprehend and maximize the Hightouch platform.
In this capacity, you will delve deeply into customer needs and challenges. Regardless of your background, you possess an innate curiosity to explore a client's use case and guide them toward the most effective and elegant solutions. You are passionate about how organizations can fully harness their data capabilities. By leveraging this curiosity and knowledge, your objective is to lead the customer toward their ideal future state while also contributing to the innovation of the Hightouch platform.
Key Responsibilities- As an essential member of the Customer Success team, you will be accountable for the retention and growth of our largest Enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to strategize on enhancing Hightouch adoption within large enterprises.
- From a technical standpoint, your primary duties will include delivering organized and timely onboarding for clients through effective project management, ensuring clients realize the full value of Hightouch's offerings, and advising on technical best practices.
- Provide clients with clear, proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our products.
- Work in conjunction with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
- Contribute to the advancement of the Hightouch platform by identifying use cases and challenges to Engineering that can elevate our product.
- 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing or technology-focused role that combines business insight with technical expertise.
- Proven experience in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of empathy.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to rapidly learn new technologies and comprehend complex systems (APIs, databases, reporting tools, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a continuous desire to enhance your technical knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate across various functions with diverse teams and individuals.
- Capability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate unexpected challenges with ease.

The compensation range for this position is 160,000-200,000 USD per year, with a variable component, and is location-independent in line with our remote-first policy.
