We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Internal Financial Control team as a Manager of the IFC Solvency 2 team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the IFC Solvency 2 framework at corporate and entity level, providing assurance to Top Management on the quality of controls, and acting as a key contact for CRO or management when dealing with remediation of significant deficiencies or interaction with auditors/regulators.
The role requires a strong level of autonomy, planning, and coordination skills, as well as effective communication and writing skills in English, including conference meetings, presentations, reports, guidance, and standards.
About the TeamThe Group Risk Management team develops the risk framework, and the Group Internal Control and operational risk team provides reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives relating to operations, reporting, and compliance.
The Group Internal Financial Control (IFC) team is composed of two teams, respectively in charge of Solvency 2 and IFRS control programs.
