As a member of the Legal Division at VINCI Construction France, you will offer legal guidance to various sectors of the organization concerning private law and compliance matters.
Reporting to the Legal Manager specializing in private law, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the business in navigating all legal concerns and aiding in the identification of legal risks associated with contract management and security;
- Engaging in the analysis, review, and drafting of contractual documents (partnership agreements, service and supply contracts, confidentiality agreements) and other legal instruments;
- Facilitating the execution of compliance initiatives within VINCI Construction France;
- Contributing to the development and monitoring of anti-corruption performance metrics and assisting in audits;
- Educating stakeholders on topics that pose risks to the organization;
- Keeping abreast of legal changes and developments.
This position is located in Nanterre (92).
You will perform your duties in alignment with the company's security and environmental policies.
You will uphold the principle of non-discrimination and support the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities.
Applicants should possess at least a Master's degree in business law, preferably with a focus on Compliance.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment or within a legal team at a consulting firm is required.
You are known for your meticulousness and practicality, along with exceptional writing abilities.
