Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel Intern to join our team in Nanterre, France. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for supporting our management and operational teams in all domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of major industrial partnerships and sales agreements with customers (OEMs) and purchase agreements with suppliers.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice on commercial contracts and various legal documents.
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to identify and monitor risks linked to projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the legal counsels of the group based in the regions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Law or Dual Degree at Law.
  • Previous experience in a Legal department or Law firm.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and legal research sites.
  • Strong editorial skills, synthesis, and rigor.
  • Dynamism and responsiveness.
  • Curiosity.
