A propos du poste :

Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, spécialiste de l'Energie, un Chargé de maintenance - superviseur bornes électriques (H/F) dans le cadre d'une mission

Les missions de ce poste sont les suivantes :

1. Contrôler et analyser les infrastructures
- Surveiller le parc de bornes en temps réel
- Identifier et analyser les erreurs remontées
- Hiérarchiser et interpréter les problèmes rencontrés, traiter les informations (collecter, trier, analyser, synthétiser dans le respect des KPI GTI & GTR)

2. Dépanner les infrastructures
- Télé dépanner les bornes
- Pré diagnostiquer et créer un ticket de demande d'intervention
- Vérifier l'efficacité de l'intervention et/ou accompagner l'intervenant

3. Accompagner les mises en service
- Vérifier la bonne connexion entre la borne et l'outil de supervision
- Accompagner le prestataire dans la mise en service

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d'un Bac+2, vous justifiez de 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Une expérience dans l'univers des télécom, des box internet (FTTH) est intéressante.
