About the Job:
As an Educational and Social Accompanist (H/F) at Ergalis Médical Lyon, you will work under the authority of the service chief within a multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized social support to adults with neurological disabilities living at home. You will work in partnership with the local network to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individuals with neurological disabilities, focusing on their social well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the local network to ensure seamless care and support.
- Work closely with the service chief and multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Educational and Social Accompaniment or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
