We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Advanced Food Products LLC. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and obtain approval as necessary.
- Enter invoices into our SAP system and process payments to vendors.
- Process travel and entertainment reports from employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
